Time is on Rain’s Side: Ranks First in Time Magazine’s Top 100

Time Magazine’s “Who is the Most Influential” yearly Top 100 is back and Korean star Rain (비) is currently ranked no.1 with an average rating of 88% and what’s even more amazing is he has gathered more (at this time of writing) 161,777 votes — that is more than double the vote compared to his nearest rival Britney Spears who ranks a distant no.2 with a ranking of 81% and 68,800 votes. Rounding up the top 5 are Stephenie Meyer, Stephen Colbert and Roger Federer.
