Kwon Sang-woo Marries Son Tae-young

After months of speculation and rumors swirling in the air, when the dust finally settled, Korean star Kwon Sang-woo finally married his lady love Son Tae-young at the Shilla Hotel, Seoul this Sunday afternoon.

The hush hush nuptials was closed to the media and was strictly kept a private affair. About 300 guests have been invited to the afternoon ceremony. Thankfully, the newlyweds pose for the fans and press before the ceremony started.

A who’s who list of Hallyuwood celebrities and close friends of the couple attended the private event. Fellow A-list actors such as Bae Yong-joon, Jang Dong-gun, Won Bin, as well as actress Choi Jin-woo, were just among those who brightened the occassion.

Kwon’s bride, Son Tae-young, finished her bridal makeup inside the sheltered confines of the hotel,  instead of the usual salon visit, to keep the paparazzi at bay.

Due to Kwon Sang-woo’s film commitments in November, the couple’s honeymoon will be put on hold for now. As for the former Miss Korea runner-up, Son Tae-young has not scheduled any new projects of her own saying she would rather spend more time being with her new mother-in-law and her relatives after the wedding. Spoken like a lovely daughter-in-law.
