Indiana Jones continues to rule the roost and according to Kobis, Korean films are now down 38.7% whereas US films climb up 47.9%. The only Korean film able to make the Top 10 is the drama Cherry Tomato which thankfully was able to squeeze into the last 10 spot.
This week will see the opening of more potential blockbuster movies such as the CG animated flick Kung Fu Panda and the eagerly awaited soap TV-turned-movie Sex and the City. The only potential Korean movie that can breath a sign of relief is the Korean flick Girl Scout starring Hallyuwood actress Kim Sun-ah.
