Kim Hye-su a Blessing or a Curse for Kim Dong-hyun?

If you have a sister as famous as Hallyuwood star Kim Hye-su (picture right), would it be a blessing or a curse? For actor Kim Dong-hyun (picture left), it could be both. Like her talented younger sister, Kim Dong-hyun is finally making a comeback after three years.

During an interview, the actor said that he will be making his return to the small screen in the program “It’s OK!” ( 괜찮아유 ). He will co-star along with Jeong Hyeong-don, Choi Yang-rak and a bevy of other stars as they travel Korea looking for unique and interesting products.

The also actor said that its not easy living in the shadow of her famous sister and he hopes to make a name for himself and be better known as “Kim Dong-hyun” instead of “Kim Hye-su’s brother”.

The actor tentatively walked away from his broadcasting duties after appearing in the drama “Cannot Hate You” in 2007. Kim said he wanted to make a name for himself first so the actor continued to craft his acting skill by appearing in different live plays saying: “I took a break so I could prepare and be recognized for who I am instead of being known as (Kim Hye-su’s) brother. I will try my best in this opportunity.”
