4 Millions Viewers Saw The Good, The Bad, The Weird in Only 11 Days

‘The Good, the Bad, the Weird,’ in which Jung Woo-sung (The Good), Lee Byung-hun (The Bad) and Song Kang-ho (The Weird) are starring in, has attracted more than 4 million movie goers in just 11 days after its domestic release.

The movie’s distributor CJ Entertainment said last July the 28: “’The Good, the Bad, the Weird’ was released on the 17th and attracted 896,000 viewers. Incredibly, from the 26th up to the 27th, the movie has already attracted a record 4.134 million movie goers!”

This makes ’The Good, the Bad, the Weird’ the fourth Korean movie this year that drew more than 4 million audiences, along with ’Forever the Moment (우리 생애 최고의 순간)’, ’The Chaser (추격자),’ and ’Public Enemy Returns (강철중)’.

Additionally, a representative from CJ Entertainment said, “It seems that teenage audiences came to see the movie last weekend. The more people come, the more popular the movie becomes so everyone is happy and excited about it.”
